1 .Strategic planning facilitation and retreats

  • Independent facilitation of your organisation's strategic planning session(s) to ensure an even playing field for all and maximum participation and involvement.
  • Planning, preparation and facilitation of full offsite strategic retreats for your organisation’s management teams, boards, partners and associates.

2 . Conflict facilitation

  • Independent facilitation of individual and team conflict issues in a safe and supportive environment.
  • All facilitation ensures a proactive and solutions focused approach to ensure a positive workable outcome for all concerned.

3. Recruitment and selection services

  • This involves any or all aspects of the recruitment and selection process i.e. identifying who you need, interview questions, skills and techniques, checking referees, negotiating the job offer.

4. Change readiness and change management

  • Tailored change readiness and change management workshops followed by personalised one-on-one coaching for management and staff at all levels within an organisation preparing individuals to come to terms with change and to effectively manage others through change.

5. Career transition and career development

  • Personalised one-on-one career transition and career development coaching with individuals who have been made redundant or are looking for a career change. These two coaching programmes are progressive in nature, highly interactive and practical.

6. Psychometric analysis

  • Psychometric assessment/profiling for recruitment and selection, personal, team and leadership development - SelectorPA, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Belbin’s Team Type Questionnaire.

7. One-on-one personal and professional development coaching/mentoring and supervision

  • A series of one-on-one sessions looking at individual strengths and development areas, then setting an action plan to utilise them in the workplace and personal setting to increase personal and professional satisfaction and effectiveness.
  • Often these sessions commence with SelectorPA and/or Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)– a psychometric profiling and assessment tool designed to highlight an individual’s key strength and development areas from both the individual’s preferred and actual perspective.
  • The number of sessions depends on the individual and the goals to be achieved.

8. Turning Point™ – three-day personal development programme

  • A self-empowerment programme that will provide individuals with the ability to recognise the positive aspects of their personal and professional lives that have brought them to where they are today, and to address aspects such as assertiveness that may be limiting them in some way. It helps individuals clarify what they want from life and gives them the tools to help achieve it.
  • These are run on a monthly basis and open to individuals from a variety of organisations and walks of life.
  • The advantage of the one-on-one coaching/mentoring is that it is highly specific and focused purely on the individual. Turning Point emphasises that we can all learn from others.
