From a personal perspective the personal & leadership team development weekend was extremely beneficial. Being taken out of ones comfort zone (cold, hungry and tired) and with your peers was not something I had ever experienced. I found strengths within me that I hadn't realised existed and I also became aware of how others saw my strengths.
