At Free Spirit Training & Development Ltd we provide security and peace of mind for you, your staff and your organisation.

Established in 2000, we are locally-owned and operated, working regionally, nationally and internationally. As a training and development organisation, we specialise in personal and professional development consulting, coaching, training and facilitation for the not-for-profit, educational and corporate sectors.

Our primary emphasis is on personal, team and leadership development.

We are a team of highly skilled and motivated consultants, facilitators and trainers who are passionate about “people”. We are actively involved with other professional organisations (HRINZ, Chamber of Commerce, NZAPT etc.) to ensure the most up-to-date advice and training is provided to best meet your needs. We focus on enhancing people’s lives by “empowering people, empowering teams” to unleash their potential for each to be the best person they can be and want to be in order to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Coming from a strong human resource and management training background, our training utilises interactive Kolb’s Experimental Learning Model, i.e. Learning by Doing, and drawing on the knowledge base and experience of those taking part using the outdoor/indoor setting, experiences and activities. Our facilitation and training programmes are tailored to the specific needs and culture of your organisation. They are dynamic and interactive, designed to empower individuals and teams to realise their potential and release further enthusiasm and sense of engagement in a variety of areas pertinent to their roles within the team in your organisation.
